Linda Juland, Associate Coach
I worked for a number of years in the Social Care and Health field, originally as a probation officer and subsequently in the voluntary sector working with people impacted by drugs, alcohol and homelessness.
With over 20 years experience as a manager including being a CEO of a charity, I am experienced in coaching and developing people in the workplace at all levels to reach their potential.
I now work as a neurodiversity coach, mentoring at a senior management level in the voluntary sector and provide training. I am passionate about supporting people to overcome the challenges in their lives and to gain confidence and self belief.
Coaching people with neurodiverse conditions is incredibly rewarding as people quickly develop new life changing skills and often for the first time discover and understand how to use skills and often for the first time discover and understand how to use their diverse strengths.
