Our coaches send a brief bullet point overview, of all the strategies and things to do, after each session. There is the option to share this with the line manager, as a follow up de-brief and conversation, as this great for remembering. We also arrange sessions with a few weeks gap between sessions. This helps our clients to remember and practise new ideas. After the coaching is finished, we have online resources or a DVD to help refresh a certain topic or if job roles change and an areas needs to be revisited.
