As one of our coaches you will be  empowering our clients to create and implement strategies that will enable them to achieve their potential.

We provide initial training, ongoing supervision, CPD and support for self-development, to enable our coaches to be at their very best in this rewarding and challenging role.

If you have at least 12 months experience of coaching with one of the following qualifications:

  • Level 5 or above accreditation in professional workplace coaching / HR.
  • Workplace leadership in managing teams or working with adults with neurodiversity.
  • A degree in Psychology / Chartered Psychologist.

Associate Educational Psychologist Diagnostic Assessors.

We are currently looking for Educational Psychologists UK wide to develop our network.

Exciting new opportunity for Registered Educational Psychologists, to join a rapidly growing social enterprise, providing assessments for neurodiverse children and their supporters.

The role includes:
•Delivery of cognitive assessments for children who may be dyslexic, dyspraxic or have ADHD Positive Assessments for children with varied backgrounds
•Producing readable, technically accurate and formative assessment results
•Advising on vocational choice
•Liaising with parents, schools and support agencies We offer support for self-development, supervision and CPD events to enable our assessors to be at their very best.

Key requirements are: MSc in Educational Psychology as well as qualifications in test use (Level 1) Chartered Status with the British Psychological and HCPC Registration Ability to work flexibly and independently with multiple stakeholders

Associate Occupational Psychologist Diagnostic Assessors.

We are currently looking for Occupational Psychologists in these areas: London, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Cambridge, Norwich, Leicester, Nottingham and Devon.

As a member of our Associate Occupational Psychologist team you will provide a strength based approach to assessing clients for neurodiversity highlighting their talents and making suggestions for ways to improve their workplace and training solutions. Our Occupational Psychologists take a person centred approach to diagnostics,  in a positive and enabling manner, seeking to  empower the client to understand their neurodiversity in a meaningful way. We are looking for great analytical skills and an attention to detail in using and interpreting diagnostic tests and producing individual reports. We provide full training in our assessment methods and ongoing supervision from experienced chartered and registered psychologists.

If you hold an MSc in Psychology and a Certificate in Occupational Ability Testing we would love to hear form you. Experience of working at individual level, especially with those who are neurodiverse would be an advantage. Associate Clinical Psychologist

Diagnostic Assessment Opportunities

Gloucester / National

We are expanding our national network of professionals and are looking for:

HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologists with experience of diagnosing ASC and ADHD in Adults.

Come and join our network of Associate Psychologists.

We take a strengths approach to neuro-diversity assessment, highlighting talents and finding workplace solutions. Our person-centred approach to diagnostics mean they are positive and enabling, and empower clients to understand their neuro-difference.

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to work with one of our large government clients to provide assessments for adults with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and in the workplace. Immediate opportunities are available in the Gloucester area and also Nationally.

There will be opportunities to shape the assessment and diagnostic service working in collaboration with our Head of Psychology.

You will need to be a Registered Clinical Psychologist with proven experience of assessing adults for ADHD and ASC. We very much look forward to hearing from you.
