Nancy Doyle, our Psychologist founder and Managing Director, sets sail for the distant shores of the USA in September 2016. Nancy’s family are originally from the US and she plans to raise her children in the Green Mountains of Vermont.
Though Nancy is UK trained, she has become an Associate of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology with the American Psychological Association and will complete her PhD studies from the US. Nancy will be planning, developing and networking, to develop our services and improve the potential of our neurodiverse stateside colleagues.
Jo Francis and Angie Ingman C. Psychol. will provide support to the UK business in a job-shared role of UK MD.
Jo and Angie are part of our exceptional Non-Exec Director team and have worked with the business for some time. They are very familiar with our contracts, our staff and our service level agreements.
Our main points of contact day-today have not changed: Fiona Barrett, Head of Social Inclusion; Cheryl Winter, In-Work Support Director; Kate Gilbert, Head of Business Development; Molly Coppard, Customer Service Team Manager. Sandie Scrase has streamlined to Systems Director, and takes responsibility for Quality Management, IT, Security and day to day finance. She is joined by Karen Pearson as Head of Central Ops, who will manage all special projects and provide senior management for the Customer Service team. We have complete faith in the team to steer and maintain the Good Ship Genius in Nancy’s absence.
