Free 1:1 Wellbeing support for Frontline Workers

As the COVID-19 pandemic sweeps across the country, we recognise the impact on those working to deliver Frontline Services.

Our team of highly trained psychologists are offering Free 1:1 sessions for 30 minutes for any Frontline staff who are in need of Wellbeing support.

Sessions are subject to availability and we endeavour to put on as many sessions as we can. 

This is a non-judgemental space, facilitated by our psychology team, so that you can have:

  1. Time to talk
  2. Anxiety circuit breakers and panic attacks
  3. Focus on what you can / can’t control
  4. Sharing sleep and rest techniques

We recognise the need to support essential frontline workers (police, health, fire & rescue etc.). We would like to offer access to these drop in sessions for FREE. You may also choose a donation option of £5 or whatever you can afford.  There are a limited number of free spaces subject to availability. Please email our office team if you would like us to try and schedule an appointment for you to fit around your shift pattern.
