Ben is an experienced workplace strategies and leadership coach. Over the past decade he has coached adults within a variety and range of sectors, occupations and experience levels, including those with neurological and other health conditions and disabilities.
Dyslexia, dyspraxia, mental health conditions, neurodiversity and disability in the workplace; health and wellbeing; confidence and leadership.
Ben has completed the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) ACTP Pathway Programme for certification as a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in due course.
Ben also holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Economic History and Asian Studies from University of Sydney. Aswell as a Certificate in Mental Health First Aid.
Ben comes to coaching with lived experience his own dyslexia, dyspraxia and anxiety.
His work as a coach and mentor with Disability Rights UK’s Leadership Academy Programme has included working with clients with neurological conditions and other disabilities from the NHS, QCC, Devon and Cornwall Police, RNIB and Sport England.
