Bobbie takes a whole-person approach to her wellbeing practice. Her coaching style integrates a number of principles taken from both workplace and positive psychology to create value for her clients. Bobbie is currently studying towards her Chartership and Professional Doctorate in Organisational Psychology and is passionate about being a catalyst for change in shaping the post-pandemic workplace by bridging the gap between companies and the needs of its young employees to build more effective organisational cultures.

Bobbie has been studying the field of Psychology intently since 2011. Since then, she has focused on helping unfulfilled young talent break down the barriers to their work-life wellbeing, balance and success. Bobbie also works as an Account Manager in the mental health sector, an associate workplace coach for Genius Within CIC and a research volunteer in the ASD space supporting individuals to fulfil their full potential at work and in their career. All of Bobbie’s work is informed by evidence-based best practice, drawing on her theoretical knowledge and its psychological underpinnings combined with her own lived experience for maximum impact.
