Experience
Christoffer is a senior coach with extensive experience of Neurodiversity Work Support (Strategy Coach, Neurodiversity Trainer, Workplace Needs Assessor). He has personal experience of Access to Work as an employee and as a manager. He works with Senior Managers and staff in National and Multinational companies (including Ernst and Young, Lloyds, Atkins) and with PhD candidates, senior managers and employees in Universities, Local Authorities, the NHS, national and local charities, factory shop floor workers, and self-employed people.
