Clare’s motivation to support people with neurodiverse conditions stems from personal and family experience of living with the challenges atypical brain wiring presents. Seeing first-hand how reframing conditions in a positive way can transform lives, her focus is on supporting people from all walks of life to fulfil their potential both in and outside of work.

Clare now works as an independent behavioural change, leadership and career coach. She has accumulated over 30 years of experience in a range of roles. Clare is well-versed in the use of communication technologies such as video-conferencing platforms and collaboration software, which can often enhance the coaching experience for neurodiverse individuals.
