Katie is an ICF Certified Career and Wellbeing Coach (ACC), has an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, over 400 hours training in Transactional Analysis, and a Foundation in Time to Think.
Katie has experience coaching individuals at all levels up to Director-level at organisations including Sainsbury’s Argos, BP, John Lewis, and the NHS. She has also worked specifically with the LGBTQ+ community at Warner Bros around themes of fear, cultural adjustment, comparison and identity. Katie is also an Executive Coach at the University of Bath, working on their international MBA and EMBA programmes.
