Nicola is an experienced coach and facilitator who works with individuals and groups across a variety of levels, sectors and backgrounds. She has always worked in roles that prioritise people development and believes everyone should be valued, invested in and encouraged to harness their potential.
Nicola aims to create the space for people to think better, feel better and do better – whatever ‘better’ uniquely looks like for them. Knowing that one size doesn’t fit all, she bring a range of coaching tools, techniques and life experience to her work underpinned by the conviction that people are the experts in their lives.

Nicola works with inspiring people who are committed to their personal and professional development and who come from a variety of sectors including education, retail, finance, the Church, SME’s, Start ups, creative industries and the health service. Her areas of coaching interest include how we can thrive and flourish through professional or personal transitions; supporting people who identify as neurodiverse/divergent with strategies to be at their best in the workplace; enabling working parents to navigate the challenges of work and family life; and championing mothers who are focussed on their professional development. Nicola enjoys working with people who are keen to develop their resilience and wellbeing to sustain them at home and work.
