Sabrina is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of all people. She is a mother of three boys and has two pet turtles. With an extensive background in mental health nursing and team leadership roles, Sabrina’s passion grew as a mentor and coach to support individuals with personalised strategies in the workplace.

Marguerite Farmer
About Marguerite
Marguerite is a coach who enjoys helping people uncover and make best use of their strengths and talents. Previously in school senior leadership, she saw the benefits of a coaching approach to professional development and became qualified as a coach in 2015.
Marguerite has a flexible approach to her coaching, adapting the way she works to her clients’ preferred ways of working and thinking. If they like to think whilst moving around, drawing on large sheets of paper or jotting ideas on post-its; then that can happen.

Martina Foreman
About Martina
Martina finds coaching incredibly rewarding. Seeing her clients unlock their potential and find new ways of doing things to reduce stress and improve productivity is her goal. With the use of targeted exercises and coaching techniques she guides and facilitates change. Her knowledge and experience as well as her sense of humour make her easy to work with. As a freelance associate coach for neurodiverse adults in the workplace, as well as working with young offenders in prison, the role Martina plays in the transformation and well-being of her clients is her passion.

Bobbie Groves

Bobbie takes a whole-person approach to her wellbeing practice. Her coaching style integrates a number of principles taken from both workplace and positive psychology to create value for her clients. Bobbie is currently studying towards her Chartership and Professional Doctorate in Organisational Psychology and is passionate about being a catalyst for change in shaping the post-pandemic workplace by bridging the gap between companies and the needs of its young employees to build more effective organisational cultures.
