Sabrina is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of all people. She is a mother of three boys and has two pet turtles. With an extensive background in mental health nursing and team leadership roles, Sabrina’s passion grew as a mentor and coach to support individuals with personalised strategies in the workplace.

Experience
With over 15 years experience working in specialist mental health, learning disability and physical health settings, Sabrina’s passion grew to enhance the personal and professional development of individuals. In 2016 Sabrina decided to expand her knowledge and experience, focusing on mentoring and coaching individuals through evidence based practice. Sabrina has provided coaching to individuals in a variety of clinical and non-clinical industries from charities to healthcare, to event management and technological environments. Sabrina continues to support the wellbeing of employees in her own company, mentor students at her local University and provide coaching as a volunteer in local mental health initiatives.
