Christine is passionate about people having confidence and a belief in themselves to live the life that they would like. She enjoys helping others to recognise their own strengths and abilities, to have a belief in themselves and to work towards their goals. Having spent so many years working in the voluntary sector she has a special interest in this area.

About me:
Chris believes we can all work at our best, but it requires a mind-set shift and strategies that are a close match with how we think. He also believes we need to be able to navigate and discuss the often unspoken limiting rules, behaviours and environment we may face in today’s workplace. Chris has built his career in helping people from all walks of life discover, understand and implement best practice changes.He is a coach, facilitator and musician with over 20 years experience in both personal development and group coaching.

About me:
Emma comes to us from the design world and has a creative approach to working with clients, tapping into new ways of working that are specific and flexible to the needs of the individual. She champions the resilience and self-reliance that understanding one’s own neurodiversity can bring an individual, and has seen many clients find a new sense of purpose by being able to embrace fully who they are, rather than being defined by a label.

Gill Rudge
About me:
Gill has a practical, down-to-earth way of working with clients and has been described as “refreshingly pragmatic”. She uses Clean language in her coaching as a way of helping clients build confidence, focusing on what they are like at their best using their own metaphors.

Hannah Ashenden
About me:
Hannah decided to become a Coach in 2007 after experiencing the profound effects of coaching on her own performance anxiety. As a confidence and performance optimisation coach she combines a practical and strategic approach with a strong focus on the well-being of her clients. Hannah believes that maintaining mental well-being and balance are the foundation of all positive change.

Helen Barnes
About me:
Helen is a skilled and compassionate coach, coach supervisor and occupational therapist whose work is grounded in academic rigour and experience from working with a diverse range of clients. She has a deep curiosity and intuition about people and believes that a client’s narrative is the best way of getting to know them; where they are in the context of their lives and where they might be thinking about going.
