Angie Alderman
About me:
Angie will never ask her clients to try a coaching strategy that she hasn’t tried and tested herself. She has used her own solution-focused coaching techniques to complete her first novella and produce a bite-size book of well-being tips. She is highly skilled at helping others to overcome unhelpful thinking that may be blocking their progress.

Emma Wee
About me:
Emma comes to us from the design world and has a creative approach to working with clients, tapping into new ways of working that are specific and flexible to the needs of the individual. She champions the resilience and self-reliance that understanding one’s own neurodiversity can bring an individual, and has seen many clients find a new sense of purpose by being able to embrace fully who they are, rather than being defined by a label.

Helen Barnes
About me:
Helen is a skilled and compassionate coach, coach supervisor and occupational therapist whose work is grounded in academic rigour and experience from working with a diverse range of clients. She has a deep curiosity and intuition about people and believes that a client’s narrative is the best way of getting to know them; where they are in the context of their lives and where they might be thinking about going.
