Sue is hugely passionate about her work as a coach and mentor. After a rewarding career largely in the public sector she became a coach in 2015. Sue has a strengths based approach to coaching, supporting individuals to overcome barriers and fulfil their aspirations. Helping people to achieve the breakthrough or change of direction they want in their professional life is her talent.

Sue came to us from the public sector having worked in, and with, children’s services for 16 years. She has been coaching full time since 2016, working with individuals wanting to get “unstuck” from something in their personal or work lives which is holding them back. Since 2017, she has worked regularly as an associate coach with Genius Within.
