Alyson Hollway
About me:
As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and coach, Alyson has delivered hundreds of diagnostic and workplace needs assessments for neurominority clients and delivered specialist neurodiversity coaching in organisations across several FTSE 100 Companies.
Alyson has over 20 years’ experience working in DWP supporting clients with complex health conditions or disabilities back to work. In her role as Senior Work Psychologist for DWP she led an internal consultancy team to deliver projects such as developing and delivering training in effective interview and coaching practice for neurominority and disabled clients.

Angie Alderman
About me:
Angie is an accredited Executive Coach and Trainer, who works in a collaborative way to build trusting relationships and help people to overcome life’s challenges by focusing on their strengths. She is described by clients as warm, empathetic and positive.
Angie lived in Hong Kong, Paris and London working for global and local companies, and says this has been invaluable in providing insight into multi-faceted business and diverse environments. Angie states this experience this has taught her the power of thinking differently and how much we have to learn from one another.

Anisah Shehzad
IPES Case Manager
About me:
Anisah is an Assistant Psychology at Genius Within and a Case Manager on the IPES programme. She supports neurominorities to prepare them for the world of work. This can be through: motivation and confidence building, development of skills and using various other activities/resources to suit each individual. She believes each and every individual has the skillset to achieve what they want in life.
Anisah is a First Class BSc Psychology graduate from Coventry University. She has also completed CPD’s focusing on mental health, sleep management and autism.

Catherine Russell
IPES Case Manager
About me:
Catherine is as an Assistant Psychologist working on the IPES (Intensive Personalised Employment Support) project in the role of Case Manager.
She has 5 years’ clinical experience working in a variety of inpatient, residential, supported living, and day programme settings. She has worked with clients diagnosed with complex and enduring mental health problems (inc. forensic histories), neurodivergent conditions, behavioural issues, learning difficulties and neurodegenerative diseases.
She has facilitated group therapy for clients diagnosed with substance use disorder.
Catherine has chaired an international discussion in social affairs and medicine at the G200 Youth Forum in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Charlie Eckton
About me:
Charlie is a Business Psychologist who specialises in diversity and inclusion. Her experience covers all aspects of learning and development, including executive coaching and talent development of senior staff. Charlie has expertise in supporting neurominorities through diagnostic and workplace needs assessments and supporting them to be at their best. She also works with organisations to enable systemic inclusion by identifying and removing unconscious bias in their systems and processes.
Charlie is also Director of Development at the Chrysalis Programme, a world-class leadership and personal effectiveness programme that has been used in a variety of settings from schools to prisons.

Georgina Wong
About me:
Georgina is an Occupational Psychologist with seventeen years’ experience in the private, public and third sectors applying psychological principles and practice to assessment and selection, disability and employment, and policy making in the health and wellbeing at work arena.
Georgina is experienced in supporting neurodiverse/neurodivergent students and employees through cognitive and needs assessments and delivering training and workshops at the group level. She is committed to enabling employers to develop healthy, safe, inclusive, ethical and sustainable workplaces that also benefit society and the wider world.

Gill Rudge
About me:
Gill has over 20 years’ experience as a senior HR professional in both retail and financial services sectors. She was previously Head of HR for the Finance, Property and Legal functions in Marks and Spencer and has had a successful HR consultancy career.
Gill has extensive experience in learning and development programmes, competency framework design, assessment and selection, and coaching for neurominorities. She is a results-orientated generalist with extensive client facing experience and excellent influencing and relationship-building skills. She has built her reputation on her integrity and high standards of delivery.

Karen Royle
About me:
With over 20 years experience of preparing return to work plans and completing cognitive based assessments, Karen is equipped to provide coaching, vocational guidance and vocational case management. Typical client groups include neurominorities and individuals with complex injuries (with a specialism in vocational rehabilitation for acquired brain injury). Karen also regularly trains line managers and presents these topics at conferences.
Karen is, Chartered by the British Psychological Society, HCPC registered, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Co-convenor of the Division of Occupational Psychology Health and Wellbeing Group and committee member for the BPS North-West Branch.
