Rakhi Kaushal

Rakhi is employed as the IPES Case Manager/Assistant Psychologist for Lincolnshire. She also work as a IPS Employment Specialist for Public Health England on a randomised control trial to support people with Drug and Alcohol support needs. Within both roles she supports individuals into sustained employment and enjoy meeting and supporting her clients with their goals and aspirations.

Rakhi has a BSc Psychology and various specialist qualifications and particularly enjoys the person-centred service we provide at Genius Within and the opportunity to use her personality and skills to engage her clients effectively.
