Genius Within CIC is an innovative social enterprise. We deliver specialist support services to a range of people with neurodiverse conditions such as Dyslexia, DCD, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, ADHD , mild to moderate mental health needs (e.g. anxiety and depression) and long term chronic health conditions (e.g. Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia and Parkinson’s).
We have national coverage, seeing over 2000 clients per year. Due to our ‘hub and spoke’, expandable organisation structure, we are able to operate in the heart of local communities and have a quick mobilization procedure for new areas. Our team are our most outstanding resource – a talented, creative and passionate group of professionals from diverse sectors including Occupational and Clinical Psychologists, Professional and Executive Coaches, Education and Training Professionals, Occupational Therapists and more.
We have a proven track record of working in partnership, as supply chain partners and sub contractors with diverse partners such as HMPPS CFO, major strategic prime partners, the NHS, corporate employers and the Department for Work and Pensions. Our approach is built on robust evaluation, collaboration, quality of service and continuous improvement.
We are endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management for our coaching programmes and have an ISO9001 certificate for quality management.
We offer specialist, embedded end-to-end case management for social inclusion, supportive measures as well as spot purchase training, coaching and assessment interventions for employees and pre-employment. We value tough targets and evidence-based approaches – we want to be involved in projects that work and have clear, measurable outcomes.

Genius Within will be bidding in the next ESF Opt-In bidding rounds which are due to commence Summer/Autumn 2018. We are seeking supply chain partners who have a strong track record of work-based learning, delivering qualifications to learners in employment (Skills Support for the Workforce) and working with unemployed learners assisting them with necessary training to move them forward into employment, further education, or Traineeships/Apprenticeships (Skills Support for the Unemployed, NEETs and Redundancy).

We are also open to proposals from like-minded Public, Private, Community and Voluntary sectors that can utilise our expertise. Our client group is over represented in unemployment and under represented in employment, meaning that many employers are missing out on the benefit of including neurodiverse thinking. We love working in partnership, we’re very well behaved with our paperwork and we share training, skills and advice!
