Cognitive Assessments
Cognitive Assessments may include a variety of formal assessments of a person’s abilities and skills. Assessments may cover a wide range of areas that might (for example) include an assessment of IQ or level of intelligence, perceptual abilities, verbal and non-verbal skills, attention and processing or memory abilities.
Workplace needs assessments
A workplace needs assessment makes recommendations for reasonable adjustments to the workplace. This assists the employer to accommodate conditions such as: Dyslexia, DCD/Dyspraxia, ADHD, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Acquired Brain Injury, Chronic Health Conditions and Mental Health Conditions.
Positive assessments
A positive assessment is a short cognitive assessment which explores your innate talents and strengths. We specifically assess for the skills you are likely to be good at, and help rationalise these in a workplace and career context.
Combined assessments
Combined assessment is a cognitive and workplace needs assessment delivered on the same day. It saves time waiting between appointments. If the cognitive assessment finds no difficulties we will stop there, and make suggestions for referral elsewhere if appropriate.
